blocked.Protect contact formPlugin has several levels of limits (mails sent per period):

Hourly limit - check if hourly limit of sent messages was not reached

Daily limit - check if daily limit of sent messages was not reached

Weekly limit - check if weekly limit of sent messages was not reached

Monthly limit - check if monthly limit of sent messages was not reached

If any of these limits is reached, email/message is not sent and log about this action is created.These limit checks are performed on email base as well as IP base.
