We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting them with their queries and concerns.
Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
F****iarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
