Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively and efficiently handle customer inquiries
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in English language
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software applications
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
