We are seeking an experienced online call center representative to join our team in Muzaffargarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a call center environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates on their inquiries
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service to all callers and ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
