We are looking for skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, resolving complaints, and answering questions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and productivity
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
F****iarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
