We are looking for highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our online call center team in Sahiwal. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
Meeting and exceeding customer service and sales targets.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Staying up-to-date with company products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum intermediate education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Experience in customer service, sales or call center environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
F****iarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
