Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a satisfactory manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
F****iarity with CRM software and call center systems.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
