We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Online Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support over the phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails and chat messages in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information about products and services to customers
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet personal and team targets and objectives
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or nearby areas
