Job Summary:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our online call center team in Rahim Yar Khan. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Handling customer complaints with empathy and understanding
Accurately documenting customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working remotely
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to diffuse difficult situations
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required
