As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services, answer questions, and resolve complaints or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing information about products or services
Resolving customer complaints or issues
Updating customer information in the company database
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Meeting performance metrics such as average handle time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude and ability to empathize with customers
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
