Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. You will provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
Listen attentively to customers and understand their needs and concerns
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a courteous and professional manner
Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
Meet daily and weekly call center metrics, such as call volume and average handling time
Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Participate in training and development sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer applications and software
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet connection.
