We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Online Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and should be comfortable in making and receiving calls from customers.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers.
Providing excellent customer service by answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.
Processing customer orders and assisting with product inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computers and software applications.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
