We are currently seeking an Online Call Center Representative to join our team. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
Answer phone calls and make outgoing calls to customers
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Process orders and track customer shipments
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
Use appropriate software and tools to handle customer inquiries
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in using computers and technology
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
