We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
Handling customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Updating customer records and maintaining customer relationships
Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers
Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
F****iarity with customer service principles and practices
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred, but not required
