Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information, updating customer accounts, and documenting customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information.
Document customer interactions and maintain call logs.
Meet or exceed established call center metrics, including call handling time, hold time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Adhere to call center policies and procedures.
Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Fluent in English and Urdu.
Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
