Job Description:
We are currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Research, document, and resolve customer complaints using problem-solving skills
Update customer information in the database as necessary
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Meet performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Urdu
Strong customer service skills and the ability to diffuse difficult situations
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
F****iarity with call center equipment and technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
