Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Updating customer records and account information in the company's database.
Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during difficult interactions with customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
