Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers, even during challenging situations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
