We are looking for a skilled and experienced Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Arifwala. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
