Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Online Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will work remotely and communicate with clients through phone, email, and online chat.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Make outgoing calls to customers for follow-ups and service surveys
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner
Manage customer accounts and update their information in the company database
Work with team members to improve customer service experience
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in computer skills and able to navigate various software applications
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customers with tact and diplomacy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency in English and Urdu languages
