Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Online Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing information about products or services, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Follow up with customers via email or phone as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products, services, and customer experience.
Meet individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Follow established procedures for call handling, complaint escalation, and issue resolution.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
F****iarity with CRM systems and call center software.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of calls.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service, communication, or a related field is a plus.
