We are seeking a skilled Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Fateh Jang, Pakistan. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues via phone or online communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices
Adhere to established call center guidelines and protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Proficiency with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment
