Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
Good typing speed and computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, patience, and empathy.
Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
