Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or chat. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Answering incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers and resolving their inquiries, issues, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Providing product or service information, troubleshooting technical problems, and handling billing or payment inquiries.
Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is met.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve customer service and achieve performance targets.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
Good typing speed and computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, patience, and empathy.
Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
