We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, answering queries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints that customers may have.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer queries and resolving any issues or complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
F****iarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
