We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Representatives. As an Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through phone and email interactions.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
