We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to appropriate channels when necessary
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Meet personal and team targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working remotely from a quiet and distraction-free environment
Minimum education: Intermediate or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
F****iarity with call center equipment and technology
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
