We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Online Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through various online communication channels, such as email, chat, or video calls.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through online channels in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the appropriate department
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve knowledge and performance
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong computer skills and experience with online communication tools
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
